How often should a gym be cleaned?
Most fitness facilities need a full clean every night, with change rooms and washrooms checked again during the day. Studios and turf areas are usually cleaned nightly, with deeper floor care and carpet extraction scheduled monthly or quarterly depending on traffic.
Do you disinfect gym equipment?
Yes. Grips, handles, benches, consoles and other high-touch surfaces are wiped and disinfected on every visit, using products that will not damage upholstery, screens or painted metal. Members still get wipe stations for use between sets; our work is the reset that happens after hours.
Can you clean a 24-hour gym?
Yes. We schedule around your quietest hours and clean zone by zone so part of the floor stays usable. For 24-hour sites we agree the order of areas in advance, so members always have equipment and a washroom available.
Do you clean showers, saunas and change rooms?
Showers, change rooms, lockers and washrooms are a standard part of the scope, including tiles, grout lines, benches, mirrors and floor drains. Sauna and steam rooms can be included, with the method and frequency agreed at the walkthrough so surfaces are not damaged.
Are you insured for work in a fitness facility?
