When do you schedule post-construction cleaning?
We plan cleans around your construction schedule, not ours. The rough clean usually follows drywall, painting and major trades; the final clean is booked for the days before inspection or handover; and touch-ups follow deficiency work, furniture installation or IT setup. Each stage is confirmed in writing.
Tell us the target occupancy date and we will work back from it with your general contractor or project manager. We can work evenings and weekends when trades need the space during the day, and we adjust quickly when schedules slip.

What is the difference between a rough clean and a final clean?
A rough clean removes debris and heavy dust once major trades finish, so remaining work can continue safely. A final clean details every surface, from light fixtures to floors, so the space is ready for inspection and handover.
Do you work with general contractors?
Yes. We coordinate directly with general contractors, project managers and site supervisors, and we follow each site’s access, sign-in and safety rules. Updates are shared with your site supervisor after each visit.
Can you clean while trades are still on site?
Yes. Rough and touch-up cleans often happen while trades are working. We plan the sequence with your site supervisor so cleaned areas stay clean. Dust-producing work nearby is flagged so we can return for a touch-up.
Do you remove construction debris?
We remove loose debris, packaging and leftover materials from the work areas and move them to your designated bins. Hauling large volumes of construction waste off site is usually arranged by the contractor.
Do you clean windows after construction?
Yes. Final cleans include interior glass, frames and tracks. For exterior or high-rise glass, we schedule commercial window cleaning once scaffolding and lifts are gone. Glass is checked again during the touch-up clean.
Are your crews insured for construction sites?
Yes. We carry $5,000,000 commercial general liability insurance, are bonded and have active WorkSafeBC coverage. Crews are WHMIS-trained and follow site-specific safety requirements.
How long does a post-construction clean take?
