GTB Pro Cleaning is based in Surrey, and our crews travel across the Lower Mainland to deliver commercial cleaning services for offices, warehouses, schools, stores, strata buildings and healthcare facilities. Every account is owner-managed, scoped in writing after a free walkthrough and checked by supervisors, whether the property is down the street or across the region.
We serve 12 communities in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley: Surrey, Langley, Delta, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Vancouver, New Westminster, Port Moody, Abbotsford, Maple Ridge and Chilliwack. Which areas does GTB Pro Cleaning serve?
Our service area covers 12 communities across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, from Vancouver and Richmond in the west to Abbotsford and Chilliwack in the east. The full list is shown above, and every community is served from our Surrey base. Each linked community page explains local property types and services.
Is service the same in every community?
Yes. Every property gets a free walkthrough, a written scope, supervisor inspections with daily logs and corrective action within 48 hours, whether it is in Surrey, Burnaby or Chilliwack. The same $5,000,000 CGL insurance, bonding and WorkSafeBC coverage apply everywhere. Only the schedule changes, based on how your property operates.
Can one contract cover several locations?
Yes. Property managers and multi-site businesses can combine locations in different communities under one agreement. Each site still gets its own written scope and schedule, so a warehouse in Delta and an office in Vancouver are cleaned to the plan that fits them.
What if my property is not in a listed community?
Our crews focus on the 12 listed communities so we can supervise every site properly. If your property is just outside them, contact us with the location and property type and we will tell you whether we can serve it well. We take calls Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
