How quickly will you reply?
Within one working day for an initial reply, and within two working days for a written assessment and a fixed price. If it will take longer because the site is large, we will tell you that on day one rather than going quiet.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. Plenty of projects are scoped entirely over email, and some clients prefer it. If a call would genuinely be faster we will suggest one, but it is never a condition of getting a price.
Will you actually tell me if I do not need you?
Yes, and it happens regularly. Businesses ask for an app when a mobile site would do, or for a rebuild when the existing site needs a week of fixes. Saying so costs us a project and earns a referral, which over time is the better trade.
Do you charge for the assessment?
No. The written assessment and the fixed price are free, and yours to take elsewhere if you want. We would rather spend two hours qualifying properly than start a project that was wrong from the beginning.
