A digital marketing agency in Punjab that reports cost per lead, not cost per click.
Dice Codes is a digital agency in Punjab. Websites, online stores, search, advertising, brand and AI, built for businesses across Punjab and India.
Digital marketing is buying attention and converting it. The buying part is easy to measure and most agencies stop there, which is why reports are full of impressions and click-through rates. The converting part is where the money is, and measuring it requires conversion tracking that actually works: server-side events where the browser blocks them, offline conversions imported when a lead closes on the phone, and a definition of a lead everyone agrees on before the first rupee is spent.
What we run
Four channels. We will tell you which ones suit your business and which do not, rather than selling all four.
Google Ads
Search campaigns for people already looking for what you sell. The highest intent traffic available, and usually the first channel worth turning on. Includes negative keyword work, which is where most wasted spend hides.
Meta Ads
Facebook and Instagram, for demand you create rather than capture. Works well for products with visual appeal and for local services with a clear catchment. Works poorly for anything requiring a long considered purchase without a strong offer.
Conversion tracking
Set up before spending starts, not bolted on when the reporting looks thin. Google Ads conversions, GA4 events, Meta pixel plus Conversions API, and offline import for leads that close by phone.
Social content
Posting to keep a profile alive and credible. Honest note: organic social rarely drives meaningful traffic for a service business in Punjab. It supports trust when someone checks you out. Treat it as a credibility signal rather than a lead channel.
Where the budget actually goes
A rough shape for a first campaign. Yours will differ, but if an agency cannot show you something like this, ask why.
| Month 1 | Month 2 to 3 | Month 4 onwards | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Focus | Tracking, campaign build, learning | Cutting waste, scaling what works | Scaling and testing new angles |
| Expect | Data, not results | Cost per lead starting to settle | Predictable cost per lead |
| Typical waste | High and unavoidable | Falling fast as negatives build | Low, and monitored weekly |
| What we report | What we learned | Cost per lead by campaign | Cost per lead and lead quality |
Questions about paid campaigns
What is the minimum ad budget worth spending?
Around ₹30,000 a month in ad spend for Google Ads, excluding management. Below that there is not enough data to optimise on, so you spend months in the learning phase and never reach a stable cost per lead. If your budget is smaller, SEO is usually the better first investment.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. A percentage of spend rewards us for spending more of your money, which is the wrong incentive. We charge a fixed monthly management fee agreed before we start, and it does not change when your budget does.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. We work inside accounts in your name with our access granted, not the other way round. If you leave, you keep the account, the history and the conversion data, which is what makes the account valuable in the first place.
How soon will I see leads?
Google Ads can produce leads in the first week, because you are buying existing demand. Whether those leads are profitable takes six to eight weeks to establish, because that is how long it takes to see which searches convert and cut the ones that do not.
