Bravo Pizza NYC

The brief

Bravo Pizza is a pizzeria in New York City with no way to take orders online. Its existing process was slow, gave customers no way to customise an order, and did not connect with how the shop actually ran. It needed an ordering system that customers find easy and that staff can run from the first click to the finished order.

Why a custom build

We built the platform in the Laravel framework so it could be shaped around the pizzeria’s own rules, rather than bending a generic ordering plugin until it roughly fitted.

What we built

Ordering by location

Customers choose their nearest branch first, so every order reaches the kitchen that will make it.

Build your own pizza

Customers put together their own pizza from the toppings and options on offer.

Scheduled orders

Orders can be placed for now or scheduled for a later pickup or delivery time.

A custom order management back end

Staff receive, process and complete orders in a back office built around the way the shop works.

The result

Customers order online, customise their pizzas and schedule pickup or delivery, and the team handles every order from one back end.

Services used: custom website development.
